3. Reservations, Bookings & Payments

• Hotel & Resort Bookings: Subject to availability, rates shown at time of booking. Payment terms and cancellation policies vary by room type, season, or promotion.

• Casino Pri­vacy & Responsible Gaming: We reserve the right to refuse service, impose loss limits, or deny access to anyone for suspected illegal, fraudulent, or irresponsible gaming behavior.

• Indemnity: You agree to pay all charges incurred during your stay or casino gaming, including taxes, fees, gratuities, resort charges, and surcharges.

4. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in at 3:00 PM local time. Early check-in requests may be accepted based on availability.

• Check-out by 11:00 AM local time. Late departure may incur extra charges.

5. Casino Gaming Rules
All casino games are regulated by local gaming authorities. To ensure fairness, all rules are enforced by casino staff. Tipping is customary for dealers and servers. Please abide by all posted and announced rules for table games, slots, poker, and tournament play.

9. Liability & Indemnification

• We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for services.

• You agree to defend and indemnify Vuntgrin from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our casino hotel, casino game, or hotel resort services.

10. Promotions & Loyalty Programs
Promotions, prizes, casino incentives, and hotel resort packages are subject to availability and can be changed. Offers may have separate rules. Only eligible participants may redeem promotional items.
